The Winners Culture served as the production team for the City of Philadelphia’s inaugural Anti-Violence Conference. Our team scripted, planned, and filmed a central video that introduced the city’s violence prevention strategy through grassroots grants. We conducted interviews with 15 community organizations and five city leaders, including Mayor Cherelle Parker, to authentically capture the voices driving this work. The result was a compelling narrative that elevated both the City’s vision and the community impact on the ground. This project reflects our capacity to translate complex initiatives into powerful stories that engage, inform, and inspire.
